Refund policy

At Tiamara Gourmet Coffees and Teas, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please get in touch with us with any questions or problems with your order within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. You can reach us by emailing support@siptiamara.com.

Teas and Coffees

Due to food safety measures, we do not accept tea or coffee returns once they leave our warehouse.  

We offer store credit or a free replacement product for damaged or incorrect items. To be eligible for a store credit or replacement order for a damaged product or incorrect item shipped to you: 

  • Please e-mail us photos of quality defects along with your order number within 72 hours of receiving your shipment.
  • The same product will be shipped to you for replacement items OR you may purchase a different product with store credit. 

Merchandise/ Non-Food Item

We will be happy to replace any damaged merchandise. It must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

There will be no replacement for items given as a courtesy gift with your purchase.

Items damaged during shipping will need to be claimed by e-mail within 72 hours. You will need to save the damaged product as well as all packaging. Once the shipping company has determined that the product was damaged during shipping, you will receive the item again at no extra cost.

Unless we've made an error with your order, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
